In auction a splendid and refined variant of the modern production of Zippo Manufacturing Company: a butane gas lighter from the famous Zippo BLU line, characterized by the evocative wave design "Horizontal Waves" and by an elegant two-tone finish. Launched in the second half of the 2000s and now out of production, the Zippo BLU series represents a unique and technological chapter for the brand. It was designed to deliver a powerful blue flame, windproof, clean and completely odorless, highly appreciated by cigar and pipe enthusiasts. This model combines the efficiency of gas-fuel with the traditional mechanical ignition with a flint and serrated wheel. The metal case features a bulging ergonomic silhouette, the unmistakable signature of this range. The front panel stands out for an exclusive contrasting finish: the perimeter frame is polished chrome mirror (High Polish), while the recessed central section houses a series of deep engravings of horizontal parallel waves on a satin base. The lid cut follows the characteristic sinuous wave line (S-Curve). On the side there is the classic transparent window for immediate fuel level check.
