WMF Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik - Pastry server - Silverplated

The first image is AI-enhanced to better showcase the design against a neutral background. Please rely only on the following original photos for the item’s true condition. Circular serving tray for desserts or fruit with a bridge handle in silver-plated. At the bottom it bears the maker’s mark and the indication of the plating. The clean design of the framework, together with the slim fluted edge and the fastening system of the handle via domed pins, place this production between the late 19th century and the early decades of the 20th century, in the Art Nouveau/Deco period. At that time this type of tray was used to serve small pastries, chocolates or fruit, allowing the tray to be passed among guests with ease. It shows small signs of wear that make it even more distinctive. WEIGHT: 1.043 g The photos are an integral part of the description.
