Wish you flowers nr 12 - Geesien Postema

Wish you flowers nr 12 by Geesien Postema Painting 24.0 x 32.0 :: This abstract floral painting bursts with vibrant color and expressive energy. At the center of the composition is a dense blooming mass of brushstrokes that suggest an explosion of flowers blending into one another with electric intensity. Bright hues—such as lemon yellow crimson red fuchsia cobalt blue turquoise lime green and lavender—are layered and textured evoking petals and leaves in a chaotic yet harmonious bouquet. The background features a smooth gradient of muted mauve and plum which subtly contrasts with the vivid colors making the central form pop dramatically. The bottom portion fades into deep purples and near-black tones grounding the piece and adding a sense of depth and mystery. Overall the piece captures a moment of blooming chaos—lush emotional and alive. The painting feels like a celebration of color and movement abstracting the natural world into something dreamlike and expressive. This painting is a contemporary interpretation of the classic still life tradition reinmagined through an abstract lens. Inspired by the old masters the artist draws from their reverence for natural beauty and intricate floral arrangements. however instead of replicating precise forms she channels her emotions into expressive bursts of color and texture. This painting comes stretched and is ready to hang. It is signed on the side and the back and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
