The piece is designed with a flared nozzle, a tall cylindrical stem, and a broad, stepped circular base. It is accented with dark, metallic gunmetal or silver-toned bands at the rim, shoulder, and base. The base is further decorated with an inset geometric Greek-key or fretwork pattern in a matching metallic finish. The underside of the base bears a small circular sticker for the Rubin Collection and a handwritten inventory tag marked L1265, C1880, and a215.
