Descriptio Carved walnut wood. Measures 85 x 231 x 93 cm. Large table supported by legs in the shape of inverted pyramids joined by crossbars. The elaborately carved front features four drawers that appear to be eight, adorned with scrollwork and vegetal motifs. The design and proportions show Castilian Renaissance influence. This piece is remarkable for the precision of its carving, its structural robustness, and the warmth of the walnut, a representative example of 16th-century Spanish furniture.
