Todas las subastas / Muebles, diseño & espejos / Wall shelf unit - Metal - Modular
Spacious vintage modular wall shelf, made of black metal and consisting of several linked wall units. The shelf features slender wire-steel side frames and wide metal shelves. Dimensions: - Total length: 163 cm - Height of small side frames: 47 cm - Small shelves: 47.5 x 17.5 cm - Height of large side frames: 60 cm - Large shelves: 63 x 17.5 cm The piece has a pronounced Mid-Century Modern appearance. The design is both decorative and functional, offering plenty of space for books, ceramics, art objects, plants and other collectibles. The wall shelf is modular and can be used as one long composition, as shown, but the individual parts can be rearranged depending on the mounting. This makes it a versatile piece of furniture that fits well with both vintage and modern, industrial or contemporary interiors. The design exhibits features typical of Dutch modular wall systems from the 1960s and 1970s. However, no brand, designer or manufacturer markings were found. It is therefore offered as an unmarked vintage modular wall shelf and not attributed to any specific manufacturer or designer. The shelf is in good vintage condition, with light signs of use and aging appropriate to its age. The black metal components show small signs of wear here and there. Please examine the photos carefully; they are part of the description. The depicted books and decorative objects are not included in the lot. Carefully packaged in recycled materials and shipped insured.
