This elegant vintage ring, crafted from high-carat white gold, creates a vibrant play of white light. Its surface is densely set with fourteen diamonds totalling approximately 0.44 carats, creating a sparkling field of brilliance. The stones used are of exceptional quality; thanks to their modern brilliant cut, they display a lively, fiery sparkle. The dynamically curved front is entirely set in pavé. Two raised arches define the shape and reinforce the impression of a sparkling band of light. The result is a piece of jewellery with an impressive presence and a clear, period-typical design of the 1980s. According to the hallmark, this is a piece by the Ludwig Carl Köhler Jewellery and Goldware Factory, founded in 1879 in Schwäbisch Gmünd, one of the most important centres of the German jewellery industry. The company specialised in the manufacture of high-quality rings. As early as 1900, the manufactory was awarded a silver medal at the Paris World Exhibition. The ring, which found its way to us here in Berlin, impresses with its meticulous craftsmanship and is a striking highlight on any hand.
