Chinese Famille Rose porcelain vase – motif “Playing Boys” (21 cm) ​Description: For sale is a decorative Chinese cylindrical porcelain vase with colorful Famille Rose (Fencai) overglaze painting. ​Motif: It depicts the traditional Chinese happiness motif of playing boys picking lotus (Wuzi Cailian), representing blessings, abundance of children, and success. ​Calligraphy: On the back is a hand-painted poem in black ink with red seal stamps. ​Base mark: Bottom with a red four-character Kangxi nian zhi apocryphal seal mark. ​Age/Period: Beautiful mid-century / vintage piece from the 20th century in the style of the Kangxi era. ​Dimensions & condition: Height: approx. 21 cm Diameter: approx. 8 cm Condition: Very good condition with no chips or cracks (see photos).
