Val Saint Lambert - René Delvenne - Candlestick Model...

A beautiful pair of Neo-Classical hexagonal crystal candlesticks from Val Saint Lambert in Belgium. The columns and the holders for the candles are designed with six faceted panels. The base is an unusual hexagonal shape and also crafted into six panels. Val Saint Lambert products are made from crystal with a lead content of 33 - 40% instead of the legally required 24%. This extra lead gives the product a gorgeous brilliance and clarity. The candlesticks are 24cm. high with a base of 12.0cm. The top measures 5cm. They weigh about 850 grams each. This delightful faceted design will catch the light and sparkle on the dining table. The candlesticks are in near MINT condition with only some slight scratching on the base due to movement. Both are signed on the base "Val St. Lambert" in mirror writing so that you can read it from above. Careful packaging will ensure a safe delivery. See my feedback on Catawiki.
