RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH A DATE To avoid possible damage to the watch mechanism, do not set the date with the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for adjustments you may need to gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Remember to securely screw the crown back after making the desired adjustments.)
