If you are not able to do it yourself, please kindly contact a professional. All automatic watches at first use must be wound also by the crown, since wrist movement alone is not sufficient to maintain the required power reserve. RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE To avoid possible damage to the watch movement, please do not set the date with the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings you need to gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Don’t forget to screw the crown back in properly after modifying the desired settings.)
