RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE To avoid possible damage to the watch mechanism, please do not set the date via the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is recommended to set the date when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings you must gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Remember to securely screw down the crown after adjusting the settings.)
