If you are not able to do it yourself, please consult a professional. All automatic watches must be wound at first use; relying on wrist movement alone is not enough to maintain the required power reserve. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55 (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings, gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Do not forget to securely screw the crown back after modifying the desired settings.)
