His works, created in a street-art style and inspired by iconic figures such as Blek le Rat and Banksy, are imbued with humor and irony, precious artistic weapons in his eyes. Truteau uses these devices to counter the ideas and situations usually accepted. Daring, shaking things up, disrupting, surprising—no matter what. For Frédéric Truteau, the essential is to provoke a reaction by sharing his own view of things.
