Work by the artist de LO Art Studio titled Trascent "ancient bronze pyramid version". No. 38, 20x20x20 cm, mixed media, mineral-based plaster and paint, edition 2024. You can find the artist details in the certificate template accompanying the lot photographs. The nature of the technique I use makes each piece in the series a unique, unrepeatable work. The work consists of a pyramidal prism, interrupted about three-quarters by a hollow portion. I consider this piece a vindication of the Self over the perils of existence, but also an innate upward longing. Toward a metamorphosis of form into pure energy. Matter becoming spirit. The hollow portion that interrupts the ascent of the form to the summit is characterized as an assemblage of parts that, unused, remain imprinted as empty traces of past experiences.
