Transparent two-part gesso

Excellent gypsum specimen from Tuscany, Italy, completely natural, of excellent mineralogical value. This sample features a very aesthetic and brilliant gypsum crystal that reaches 6.4 cm. Furthermore, viewed from certain angles it shows pink/green iridescences. Its Tuscan provenance is known for ancient evaporitic deposits formed millions of years ago in marine environments, now extinct. A very interesting mineral from a geological point of view and highly valued by collectors. A unique piece of nature, ideal for enriching high-level mineral collections and perfect for decorating exclusive interiors thanks to its high aesthetic value. Many people attribute healing properties to minerals; the uses for crystal therapy and lithotherapy should not be underestimated. The photos are taken in a dedicated setup with intense lighting so as not to alter the colors, but it is recommended to display minerals in well-lit environments to fully appreciate their tones.
