Tony Fernandez - Original colour drawing - Donald & Daisy...

• Hand Signed by the Artist • Unique Original Acrylic Painting on Paper • Certificate of Authenticity Included • Ready to Frame What would Donald and Daisy look like painted by Fernando Botero? Veteran Disney artist Tony Fernandez answers with this playful tribute to the great Colombian master, inspired by his painting "Picnic" (2001). Round, voluminous and wonderfully plump in true Botero style, Donald and Daisy lounge on a picnic blanket surrounded by leftovers and peaceful countryside. Soft forms, generous shapes and warm, earthy colours echo Botero's unmistakable visual language, while Donald's laid-back expression and Daisy's gentle pose add a humorous, nostalgic Disney twist. ▸ Acrylic on art paper ▸ Format: 50 x 37 cm (unframed) Tony Fernandez is a veteran Disney artist with more than 35 years of experience drawing the studio's most beloved characters.
