Unique piece: All works by artist Timo Wedell are absolutely unique, one-of-a-kind originals. Each piece is a painting created by the artist himself, existing in only one copy in the world. The artist does not sell prints. Since these are hand-made paintings produced with various techniques (roller/ spatula/ brush/ spray of water/ painting with the hands, etc.), cracks, drips, chipped paint, elevations on the canvas, or even indentations, holes, or nicks and irregularities are part of his art and are not considered defects. If, as a courtesy, a painting is accepted back, the buyer will of course bear the shipping costs for the return. ———————————————— About the artworks: This is a hand-made painting created with acrylic on canvas. It was made in a modern expressionist abstract style. Various techniques were used. Through his works, the artist aims to convey positive thoughts and good mood. He also processes his past and experiences. His art grows with him. He lets the colors guide him and speaks through them. He gives the viewer great room for interpretation so that they too feel the sense of freedom. Each work has countless facets, leaving space for interpretations. The observer should escape the stressful daily routine, forget it, and feel free. Free to do whatever he wants. —————————— Website: www.timowedell.com Instagram: timowedell ——————————————————— Exhibitions 2023 Nov.–Dec. Inspired by the giants of past art epochs, yet free from clichés and expectations of recurring, similar art trends. Driven by the urge to create something big and meaningful. Something that lasts for eternity. He does not restrict himself to individual styles or directions of painting. He creates what comes to his mind. In this way, he aims to remind people of beauty and individuality, progress, and above all faith in themselves. His ever-changing, in their own way unique works should show people and ultimately help to overcome boundaries and blocks, to recharge, and not to lose sight of the aesthetics of life in a world that is constantly changing faster. The goal is to bring out the best version of oneself to live a life in peace and freedom, away from restrictive systems and country borders anchored in history books and maps. # artist
