The Rolling Stones - Steel Wheels (UK) – ORIGINAL 1989...

A very strong original 1989 UK pressing of The Rolling Stones' Steel Wheels, issued on Rolling Stones Records / CBS under catalogue number CBS 465752-1. This copy presents with exceptional appeal due to its preservation: the sleeve remains approximately 90% in its original shrink wrap, with only the record-opening edge exposed. It is therefore not factory sealed, but the majority of the original shrink has survived and continues to protect the sleeve from the rigours of time and handling. Steel Wheels marked a major creative return for the Stones at the end of the 1980s. After several years of tension and uncertainty around the band, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards reunited and delivered an album that deliberately re-established the classic Rolling Stones sound while retaining a polished late-1980s production style. The album contains several key tracks from the period, including "Mixed Emotions," "Rock And A Hard Place," "Almost Hear You Sigh," "Sad Sad Sad," "Terrifying," "Continental Drift" and "Slipping Away." The UK edition was issued with a dedicated illustrated printed inner sleeve, which is still present with this copy, completing the original package. ⸻ Sleeve (EX): The original picture sleeve remains in Excellent condition and is still approximately 90% covered by its original shrink wrap. Only the record-opening edge has been exposed, leaving the majority of the sleeve exceptionally well preserved → EX Inner Sleeve: Original illustrated printed inner sleeve is present and intact. Vinyl (EX): The vinyl is in strong Excellent condition, retaining a beautiful original gloss with only minimal superficial signs of previous handling or play.
