Table lamp - Metal, Chrome

Vintage industrial goose-neck lamp with clamp – 1950s/60s Fascinating table or work lamp in a goose-neck design, dating from the 1950-1960 period. This technical and elegant model was originally conceived for offices, laboratories and mechanical workshops. The lamp stands out for its exceptional versatility thanks to the solid chromed metal flexible arm (which holds the chosen position perfectly) and the base with a screw clamp in die-cast aluminum, ideal for securely anchoring to desks, tables or shelves. On the top part of the clamp is integrated the classic original push-button switch. The lampshade has a hemispherical cupola shape, externally painted in a beautiful original olive gray-green, with the interior finished in white to optimize light diffusion. The lampshade mount is enhanced by a decorative knurled brass-colored ring. Equipped with a standard E27 socket, ideal also for modern LED filament bulbs. • Excellent vintage aesthetic condition. The paint and metal parts preserve a wonderful original patina of the time with very slight signs of wear that attest to its authenticity. No structural deformation. The item is fully functional (as visible in the photos). The electrical system is vintage and original. • Dimensions: Lampshade height 9 cm | Diameter/Depth 14 cm | Maximum total reach 66 cm. An iconic and versatile piece of mid-century modern design, ready to enrich interiors in Industrial or Mid-Century Modern style.
