The note features dates and recipient information written in black brush ink, along with two large red seals that read "The Seal of the Imperial Inspector for Rations" and "Strength Through Abstinence." The cataloguer has not found any additional information related to this note but is confident in its authenticity and official status. The item is sold as is, with no returns accepted.
