Probably no era in jewelry history has produced such exciting designs as Art Deco. In the years between the two world wars, the appearance of the jewels became more geometric and austere, as there was a conscious move away from the Art Nouveau style of the previous generation, which was often perceived as cloying. This completely new, modern geometric design language with its often jagged details inspired our goldsmith to create a design. The ring from our workshop sets a 0.10 ct brilliant-cut diamond of good quality in luxurious platinum. The geometric frame echoes the round shape of the diamond and holds the stone almost floating in its center - separated only by a shadow gap. A finely designed surface with milgrains plays with the incident light and is reminiscent of the elegant jewels from the "Great Gatsby" and silent movie years. The ring can also be worn every day thanks to its beautiful materials and its flat and compact design, making it a perfect engagement ring. It is also sustainably produced, as the brilliant-cut diamond is a beautiful vintage diamond and the platinum is recycled material. A style icon!
