Table lamp by Gae Aulenti and Piero Castiglioni for Stilnovo. Minibox table lamp consists of a metal housing, a convenient grip and an irreverent luminous eye. The head has a magnetic attachment to the very sturdy structure that allows orienting the light wherever desired. It is possible to adjust the light intensity and turn the lamp on and off via a button located on the back of the lamp. Usually I am impartial but I must say this lamp really surprised me; elegant and functional, the white color makes it a furniture piece that can fit into any context. The light it emits is fascinating; the maximum power easily illuminates a wall opposite the lamp, while at a lower setting you can read a book calmly. Placed on a nightstand, for example, you can use the light indirectly in the room, even directing the beam to the ceiling. It’s truly a gem.
