Table lamp "Spicchio" STILNOVO – Design D. & C. Aroldi, 1970s – Vintage Space Age Splendid and iconic table lamp model "Spicchio", designed by Danilo and Corrado Aroldi and produced by the renowned Milanese company Stilnovo in the early 1970s. An authentic piece and a must-have for mid-century collectors and Space Age style lovers. The lamp stands out for its original semi-spherical mushroom-shaped lampshade divided into orientable wedges made of white plastic (Perspex/ABS), which spreads a warm, atmospheric light. The solid construction features a shiny chrome metal stem and a heavy asymmetrical black lacquered metal base. The plastic parts show no cracks, the chrome finishes are bright, and the black lacquer on the base is well preserved. Only the black cap on the chrome tube is missing. The electrical system is original to the period and fully functional with an era-appropriate switch and plug.
