Superb set of 7 wine glasses in crystal from the prestigious French crystal maker Saint-Louis, model "Cerdagne". Created in 1955, this timeless and elegant model perfectly showcases the purity and brilliance of the crystal. The tulip-shaped bowl features a deep cut with flat facets and vertical bevels that beautifully catch the light, extended by an elegant faceted stem. Details and dimensions: • Manufacturer: Cristallerie Saint-Louis (France) • Model: Cerdagne (1955 Creation) • Type: White wine / aged wine glasses (Glass No. 4) • Height: 14 cm • Diameter at the rim: approx. 6.6 cm – 6.7 cm • Material: Fine cut crystal Condition: Near mint. The crystal is perfectly clear, very bright and resonant. Notable are very rare and discreet usage micro-scratches on some glasses and a micro-chipping on one glass, barely visible (see last photo) Signatures and authenticity: • 5 glasses bear the official circular acid-etched stamp read "Cristal Saint-Louis France" under the base. • 2 glasses do not bear the stamp, which is a very classic and common manual-production variation from mid-20th century artisanal lines.
