SPIROU - Journal Album, No. 157 - Lot 232

SPIROU - Journal Album, No. 157 Dupuis, 1980. Large quarto, hardcover, red cloth spine, illustrated front cover, 724 pages. A very charming collection of the 157th Spirou Magazine Album, particularly appealing due to its cover featuring the Smurfs in a parade scene. The cover art, immediately recognizable and very endearing, is a real selling point. The presence of the Smurfs naturally broadens the volume’s audience beyond just collectors of anthologies. The “724 pages” label further enhances its appeal, making it a particularly generous volume.
