Todas las subastas / Arte contemporáneo / Skedro (1991) - Ritratto dal collo lungo
Oil painting on canvas from a collection. Hand-signed by the contemporary artist Skedro and bearing the gallery's double stamp. Title: Portrait with a Long Neck Dimensions: 70 x 50 cm Year: 2023 Skedro is a contemporary artist whose research focuses on representing identity as a process in continuous transformation. Through fragmented faces, layered chromatic structures, and gestural, material painting, his works evoke totemic figures suspended between abstraction and presence. The human face becomes a territory to rebuild, where sign, color and matter intertwine to reveal the tension between interiority and appearance. His work reflects on the unstable nature of the self, suggesting that identity is never definitive, but always in flux. www.skedroartist.com Note: The artwork will be shipped inside a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, the artworks are more beautiful than in photographs: you can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
