And another when you dream of hearing a flat-six start. Here, the two eras look at each other. Facing the silhouette of a red Porsche, Snoopy seems suspended in that very precise moment where childhood meets adult fantasies. No need for dialogue: a look, a bodywork, a Peanuts culture icon, and an entire collective memory is set in motion again. With Flat Six Dreams, SKE plays on this telescoping between nostalgia and desire. The incandescent red of the background, the yellow of the ground, and the purposely worn, almost printed and then patinated by time, give the scene the presence of an old popular poster passed through the filter of contemporary street art. Snoopy brings innocence; Porsche, mechanical fantasy. Between the two, there remains that part of us that never quite chose between yesterday’s toys and today’s dreams. The strength of the composition lies precisely in this simplicity: two instantly recognizable icons, brought together in an image that works as much as a cultural wink as a graphic piece. The signature placed in the margin completes the whole without interrupting the scene. Flat Six Dreams speaks to those who love collecting images capable of telling a generation with a single glance: pop culture, automobile, subtle humor, and nostalgia. - FRAMING TIPS Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube. Upon receipt, remove it gently and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours to allow it to regain its natural shape before framing. ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in DIY or home decor stores. Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant and affordable, they perfectly showcase the works. - ARTIST BIO: SKE is a self-taught French artist and all-rounder who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large majority of his artistic works. He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with a double meaning, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art. After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has seen a notable rise. Winner of the first prize in the Urban Master contest (2023), then elected Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025). SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also benefited from a publication in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition. His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States and Asia, cementing his place on the contemporary art scene. At the same time, SKE also commands a presence in the digital art market, a major trend of the past two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations among collectors. Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture work characterize a style now essential. SKE is certainly an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with rising value. Artist Rated & Rewarded – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art AN UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work sits in a prestigious lineage. His line shows the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while integrating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to reframe Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or the deconstructed forms of Picasso to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic close to Mr Brainwash or Kaws. POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons from our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics and graphic novels is omnipresent: from Nintendo’s world and the mythical Game Boy, to Pokémon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), through Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami. LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the aesthetics of “Hype”: sneaker culture (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It is vibrant art, with textures that sometimes echo the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of a Richard Orlinski. This artwork is ideal to enrich a collection or bring a dynamic touch to your interior. - Instagram artist SKE: ske_shakeyourart
