SILBERKANNE MIT TORSIONALEM HENKEL

Deutschland, 20. Jh., Silber 925. | SILVER POT WITH TORSIONALLY TWISTED HANDLE Germany, 20th century. 925 silver. Stamped to the base “925” and model number “85-22”. Height approx. 22 cm. Weight 600 g. Elegant, organically curved silver coffee pot with a twisted, vase-shaped body and a widely flared spout. The sculpturally rendered, cord-like twisted handle lends the modernist design a dynamic and tactile character, creating an appealing contrast with the smooth, lustrous surface of the body. An outstanding example of mid-20th-century German silver design, combining traditional silversmithing craftsmanship with a clear, sculptural formal language. Age-related patina and tarnishing, occasional fine signs of use, otherwise in very good overall condition. SHIPPING TO THE USA MUST BE ARRANGED BY THE BUYER.
