Side table - rose window - Oak - Neo-Gothic

Gothic Revival side table made of oak wood, datable to the first half of the 20th century, inspired by medieval ornamental repertoires reinterpreted by the historicist workshops of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It features a rectangular top with sober lines, enhanced by a molded edge that frames the piece and gives it greater visual presence. The structure rests on two robust, cut-out side supports with a sinuous profile and clearly Gothic Revival architecture, connected by a practical lower shelf that reinforces the piece’s stability and expands its functionality. Each side is crowned by a prominent carved relief rosette, conceived as radial tracery inspired by the great rosettes of Gothic architecture, a decorative element that constitutes the main ornamental focus of the table. The upper and lower openings, together with the play of curves and counter-curves of the supports, help visually lighten the structure and reinforce its historicist character. The warm tone of the oak, with visible grain and rich natural texture, adds depth and nobility to the whole, while the handcrafted carving of the rosettes reveals careful cabinetmaking. It is a decorative and functional piece, ideal as an occasional table, a side table, or an accent element in interiors with classical, Gothic, or eclectic inspiration, where it stands out for the singularity of its architectural ornamentation and the solidity intrinsic to oak carpentry. Tracked shipping and careful packaging.
