Todas las subastas / Arte contemporáneo / Serena Grassetti - Pigments Dream - Heart Edition #46
Pigment Dream – Heart Edition arises from the meeting of pure earth pigments and techniques that allow color to blend delicately with the surface. The nuances develop in a fluid and harmonious way, creating soft and deep transitions that recall the natural rhythms of matter. The color does not appear as a stain, but as a breath that expands slowly, guided by the artist’s emotional intention. Each variation in tone is unrepeatable and preserves the essence of the natural pigments from which it comes to life. An essential and sensitive work, where earth, color, and feeling meet to form an intimate and authentic balance. Shipping and presentation: The artwork will be sent FRAMED, carefully packed to ensure maximum safety * Original piece signed by the artist, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. This work is created on canvas without a frame and is shipped rolled to guarantee maximum safety during transport. ATTENTION: *The canvas is not treated with plaster or primer, so it is a raw and natural material. *It should not be stretched excessively during framing to avoid alterations of texture and the rendering of natural pigments. *Do not use a canvas stretcher, as it could compromise the stability of the artwork. *It is advisable to rely on an expert framer for optimal mounting. The artist develops a visual research that investigates the threshold between the real and the interior, between the figure and its dissolution. Through instinctive yet controlled painting, her works tell the human being at the moment of losing oneself, fragmenting, and transforming. The painting matter, unfinished marks, and drips become emotive language: they do not represent, but evoke. Each face, each trace, is a fragment of presence that resists oblivion. Her style, recognizable for the tension between figuration and abstraction, places itself in the panorama of the new Italian contemporary painting, in dialogue with themes of identity, silence, and metamorphosis. Her works convey an intimate and universal strength, able to speak directly to the viewer. Serena Grassetti is a contemporary Italian artist. She lives and works in Central Italy. Her work stands out for a deep and personal research that combines natural materials, pure colors, and instinctive gestures. Serena is described as sensitive, innovative, and emotionally powerful. Through the use of natural pigments, earths, charcoal, and raw fabrics, she creates abstract and material works that speak of wounds, memory, and inner transformation. Her style oscillates between painting and visual poetry, with recurring elements such as white drips, incomplete faces, and layered textures, which make each work unique and recognizable. She exhibits in solo and group shows, in Italy and abroad. Each piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and emerges as part of a path of intimate and sincere research. The work, realized with mixed techniques and natural pigments, encompasses the chromatic power of someone who has learned to transform the painting gesture into pure emotion, in a search that traverses time and the contemporary art market. Among the depths of color, the same tension that made Francis Bacon’s brushwork iconic, Jackson Pollock’s gesturality, and Lucian Freud’s introspection famous, is felt. A piece that fits into the landscape of collectible modern art, perfect for those seeking a work of strong emotional impact, capable of dialoguing with the visual energy of New York, London, Paris, and Hong Kong galleries, where names like Basquiat, Rothko, and Gerhard Richter have left their mark. A work destined for those who understand the value of an art that goes beyond form, penetrating the heart of human expression, as Pablo Picasso, Gustav Klimt, and Egon Schiele did over time. The dynamism of the brushstrokes and the depth of the mark make this canvas a perfect investment for collectors and lovers of fine art, always seeking unique pieces able to sit among the greats of Pop Art and conceptual art. A unique piece for art collectors, perfect for galleries and investors seeking luxury art and works destined to increase in value over time. In a world dominated by pop artists such as Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Banksy, and Kaws, this work stands out for its use of completely natural coloration, making each piece unique and unrepeatable. An exclusive alternative for those seeking contemporary art with a distinctive and authentic signature. The works have been presented in local, national, and international exhibition contexts, contributing to the definition of a coherent and distinctive visual language.
