King Seiko 4502-7001 Hi-Beat Vintage – Excellent condition – Complete overhaul I am offering for sale this superb King Seiko 4502-7012 vintage, in excellent condition. It is equipped with the famous manual-wind mechanical Seiko 4502A Hi-Beat caliber, running at 36,000 A/h, one of the iconic movements of King Seiko's golden age. The watch underwent a complete overhaul in September 2026. It is not just a cleaning or adjustment: the movement is entirely dismantled, the various components are checked and cleaned, then the caliber is reassembled, lubricated and adjusted before delivery. The watch will therefore be returned to its future owner fully overhauled and ready to wear. NEVER POLISHED! Sharp edges. Be careful not to cut yourself when handling :) The watch is sold without a bracelet or clasp. Inspection and adjustment before delivery Elegant piece from King Seiko's great era Timegrapher Metrics ​Rate (+2s/d to +3s/d): The watch is running remarkably accurate, gaining only about 2 to 3 seconds per day. ​Amplitude (200°) Lower amplitude is common in vintage high-beat movements. ​Beat Error (B.E. 0.4ms): Very clean. A beat error under 0.5ms indicates the balance wheel is nicely centered and balanced between swings. ​Lift Angle (L.A. 52.0°): The standard reference angle used for measurement. ​Beat Frequency (36,000 bph): Operates at 10 beats per second (5 Hz), providing the classic sweeping seconds hand motion characteristic of King Seiko Hi-Beat movements. ​Overall Assessment The movement is in strong functional shape with excellent accuracy and minimal beat error.
