Todas las subastas / Varios / SECOLOVENTESIMO - Centrepiece - Gilt brass, 24kt gold - Gold Standing Cup
Elegant and imposing pedestal centerpiece of high artistic craftsmanship, characterized by a sophisticated design that blends the geometric taste of Art Deco with the exuberance of Hollywood Regency styling. The piece stands out for its large upper bowl in heavy transparent crystal, shaped with a scenographic wavy star form with polygonal pointed tips and finely finished along the upper edge with an elegant 24 kt gold border. The central stem and base are a true masterpiece of architecture and design: a rhythmic alternation of glossy gold-finished metal geometric blocks, glossy-cut crystal elements, and satin-finished crystal sections, creating an extraordinary play of transparency, refraction, and light contrasts. The circular base rests on refined gold-toned spherical feet.
