Dimensions: 80 × 30 × 16 cm. 17th-century religious sculpture depicting Saint Erasmus of Antioch, also known as Saint Elmo, martyr and patron saint of sailors. The figure, elegantly restrained yet powerfully present, retains vestiges of its original polychromy, which enhance the serene features and the vertical composition characteristic of French Baroque art.
