Sculpture

A distinctly handmade garden sculpture with the power of a modern totem. The slim, almost theatrical figure is built up from layered forms, relief details and an expressive face with asymmetrical eyes, a crown and red lips. The intense combination of cobalt blue, red, turquoise, yellow and green gives the object an energetic, cheerful appearance. Through the visible brushstrokes, the irregular handmade shaping and the playful construction, this is not an everyday garden decoration, but an independent artistic object that immediately draws attention between plantings, beside a terrace or at an entrance. The formal language balances beautifully between expressive art, naive figurativism and colorful outdoor art. From every angle the sculpture reveals a different line pattern and a different layering. The sculpture is equipped on the rear with metal grounding pins for placement in soil or a spacious planter. In nice used condition, suitable for a handmade outdoor object. Small nuances in paint layer, form and finish are part of its unique character. Please examine the photos carefully; they are part of the description. It will be packed very carefully for shipping. Pickup is of course possible.
