Sculpture, BullDog - 45 cm - Resin - 2022

The resin sculpture depicts an English bulldog, a muscular, monochrome dog with an extremely flattened snout. This breed has roots dating back to 18th-century England and has since been considered one of England's symbols or mascots. The bulldog's body is covered with a series of vertical and horizontal bands, white and colored, that create the effect of a textile garment, recalling the works of artist Daniel Buren.
