Schuco 1:18 - Model car - VW T2a Bus, Schucotronic R/C

For the connoisseur and Volkswagen collector: an almost-unused Schucotronic Volkswagen T2a bus in 1:18 scale. This radio-controlled model is produced by the German quality brand Schuco in a very limited edition (Limited Edition). The model is fully built from a heavy, detailed die-cast metal body and equipped with an invisibly integrated 2.4 GHz RC system, original VW engine sounds, and functioning lighting. This specimen has always remained in the box and has never been used as a toy. Prior to this sale, the battery was charged and the model was very briefly and carefully tested on the living room laminate to check operation. Condition of the model: • Technical: Fully tested. The model drives and steers perfectly, the motor is in order and the original sound effects (engine sound and horn) work as they should. • Lighting: The headlights, taillights, and reversing light work perfectly. Only the right rear indicator unfortunately does not function. For a handy collector this may be easy to repair. • Aesthetic: There are only very light polish scratches on the roof that are only clearly visible when light hits it specifically (caused by gentle dusting with a cloth). Otherwise the paint is in beautiful condition. • Packaging: The model is in the original box (OVP) including the remote control, battery, and charger. Over the years the box has some storage marks (see photos). Because this model has not been produced for years (manufactured around 2007-2009), it is a rare model car. Tested and nearly unplayed example in the original packaging. Given the fragility and value, collection in person is preferred (to see it working). Shipping is possible at the buyer’s cost and risk (will of course be packed very carefully and thoroughly). If you have questions or would like specific detail photos of the box or the roof, feel free to send me a message!"
