From the printing house of Herissant, Printer to the King’s Cabinet, 1767; 48 pages, in-4°: “Monsieur de Castéra arrived in Saint-Domingue in 1762” “In Saint-Domingue, the same rules regarding marriages are followed as in France. The French colonies have certain regulations pertaining to matters specific to them, primarily concerning Black people.
