Santicri Mixed media Dimensions: 90x50x15 cm Certificate of authenticity - hand-signed Edition: X/8 This work plays with the perception between two-dimensional and three-dimensional, transforming a static image into a living experience. The colored liquid that runs down the canvas blends perfectly with the real valve, creating the illusion that the color is truly flowing out of the canvas. The physical insertion of the valve and the suspended drop breaks the fourth wall of art, prompting the observer to question what is real and what is not. The effect is ironic and provocative: is it possible to control the creative flow? Can inspiration be opened and closed as if it were a faucet? The work unites pop aesthetics, ready-made and conceptual spirit, with a visual language that is direct yet layered. An intelligent mix of color, matter and concept, that catches the eye and leaves room for reflection. SHIPPING INSURED! The package is carefully packed, the drop is shipped separately from the faucet, to be screwed onto the faucet (by hand). thus ensuring safer shipping. The canvas is mounted on a wooden frame, the faucet is iron, the drop is resin with an iron core, frame not included. The edition number assigned will be randomly selected among those available. The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately after icons like Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that includes other categories of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier and Pokémon. A talent recognized not only for creative value, but also as one of the most promising investments of the year. Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist followed a path that, between studies in Geometry and Architecture, led him to collaborate with a craftsman of resin sculptures. There the need to find himself and unleash his creativity grew stronger. His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe. His art is widely appreciated and it should not be missing among collectors of paintings and sculptures of street art, pop art, contemporary art. "It is never easy to classify one’s art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of seeing what surrounds me, and I rework it with a design that suits modern times: impactful and memorable."
