Santicri (1992) - Grinch

Santicri has participated in numerous international art exhibitions. Among the most significant, in 2022 he exhibited his works at the prestigious Palazzo Grillo in Genoa, and in 2023 he was present at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York, increasing his visibility both nationally and internationally. Santicri was recognized in 2024 as a Best-Selling Artist by Artmayeur, one of the world's most renowned platforms for art. In the same year he was also included among the three most sought-after names on the platform CataWiki, an extra sign of growing appreciation for his work. These recognitions underline Santicri’s exceptional talent and his increasingly prominent presence in the contemporary art scene. These works are part of a new series belonging to the Street Art collection, in which the artist tackles the theme of political incorrectness with an ironic and deeply insightful gaze. Through provocative images and a direct visual language, the works invite reflection on the contradictions of contemporary society and stimulate a dialogue between social critique and freedom of expression. The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, right after icons such as Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that encompasses other realms of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier, and Pokémon. A recognized talent, not only for its creative value but also as one of the most promising investments of the year. Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist has built a career that, between studies in Geometer and Architecture, led him to collaborate with a sculptor in resin. Thus arose the increasingly strong desire to find himself and let his creativity run free. His works are sold worldwide, in collaboration with galleries in Italy and Europe. His art is widely valued and should not be missing among collectors of street art and pop-art paintings and contemporary art. "It's never easy to classify your own art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of seeing what surrounds me, and I process it with a design that fits well with modern times: impactful and memorable."
