Sakura Mark 34 – Made in Japan 1980s – Dreadnought – Terada Luthiery (Nagoya) Sakura Mark 34, acoustic Made in Japan produced in the 1980s in the Terada Musical Instrument Co. facilities (Nagoya), one of the most active and appreciated Japanese luthieries of the period. Instrument imported into Italy by Dal Maso S.R.L., as indicated by the internal label. Vintage dreadnought built with quality materials, typical of Japanese productions of the era: selected woods, precise finishes, and solid construction. Features and materials top in spruce with regular grain. Sides and back in dark wood (mahogany/nato) with a decorative central binding. Bright binding along the entire body. Rosewood fingerboard with circular inlays. Rosewood bridge. Mahogany neck with comfortable profile. Decorated rosette. Vintage chrome, original tuners. Robust and well-finished construction, consistent with Terada production of the 1970s.
