Exquisite Art Deco porcelain figure from the Rosenthal Art Department Selb. Dynamic motif: a running/leaping Barsoi (Russian Greyhound) with a hand-gilded ball as a support. Design: Prof. Theodor Kärner (1884–1966). Name "T. KÄRNER" pressed into the base. Model number: 243. Brand & dating: Green Rosenthal underglaze mark with two dots under the name, precisely dating the production to 1941 (rare wartime production). 1st quality. Execution: White, glazed porcelain with fine gold detailing. Dimensions: approx. 16 cm long, 11 cm high. Condition: Perfect collector’s condition. No cracks, no chips, no restorations. Gilding excellently preserved and without wear. Shipping: Secure, insured shipping with tracking. The figurine is packed extremely carefully and shock-proof.
