Rara Cornice in Argento 800 “LIMA Alessandria” Con Certificato Originale

We recommend a careful examination of the entire set of accompanying photographs, which should be considered an integral part of this description. Every detail, every nuance of color, and every sign of the passage of time tell a story that words alone cannot fully capture. Rare 800 Silver Frame “LIMA Alessandria” – With Original Era Certificate and Back in Fine Wood – Italy, circa 1970 The Charm of Piedmontese Silverware Meets the Nostalgia of Classic Vintage Cinema. We are putting up for auction a small furniture jewel that contains a beautiful entirely Italian story. This splendid mid-to-large frame (27 x 21 cm) in 800 silver is a superb item made by the historic company LIMA (De Bernardi & Cornaglia), a distinguished signature of the famous goldsmith district of Alessandria. What makes this lot a truly formidable and exceptionally rare collectible is the completeness of its era accessories, intact until today: The Silver and the Hammers: The silver plate features a refined classic beaded texture that wonderfully catches the light. Along the edge are stamped the official state marks, including the 800 fineness and the factory stamp 807 AL, which guarantee its authenticity. A Rare Discovery: Inside is housed its original blue and gold factory paper tag signed by LIMA. Finding this type of intact label after decades is a real rarity that doubles the object’s appeal for collectors. Noble Craftsmanship: The back and the supporting foot are not made of cheap plastic or velvety material, but of a splendid solid wood, polished and figured (mahogany/ebony look), still in stunning and glossy condition today. A Secret on the Back: Within is inserted a beautiful and fascinating vintage black-and-white photograph portraying a cinema diva in a relaxed Pin-Up sunlit pose. But the real surprise lies behind the photo: a poetic and very sweet handwritten dedication from old owners (“The sun shines twice ciao, Jolanda Arnolfo”), which transforms this frame into a romantic, soulful object. Conditions: The item has been gently refreshed and is ready to be displayed. A piece of another era that will add a touch of cinematic class to any environment. The Seller Speaks De Carli Curated Gallery – Where the Past Becomes Elegance Welcome to De Carli Curated Gallery, a place where time stands still and elegance traverses the ages.
