> Antique Decorated Copper Tray – Late 19th Century A decorative antique copper tray featuring an extensively detailed figurative scene. The central composition depicts numerous traditionally dressed figures together with various vessels and other objects. The scene is surrounded by several finely worked ornamental and floral borders, giving the entire surface a richly decorated appearance. The tray is believed to date from the late 19th century, approximately 130–150 years old. The reverse side is largely undecorated and retains an attached hanging fixture, allowing the tray to be displayed on a wall. The piece shows natural signs of age and use, including patina, oxidation, scratches, discoloration and surface wear. These characteristics are visible in the photographs.
