Important and refined seafood/fish service consisting of 6 flat plates + 1 large oval serving platter in fine Bavarian porcelain “Porzellan Bavaria”. A service with an elegantly retro taste and today extremely decorative, characterized by the famous central lobster/crustacean motif, an iconic marine theme that immediately evokes the most important European luxury tableware productions, including Richard Ginori, which in the course of the 20th century offered services with marine subjects and crustaceans now highly sought by collectors. The chromatic composition is particularly successful: the luminous white of the porcelain meets a refined silvered edge incised with a floral/geometric motif, while the large central crustacean gives strong visual presence to the table. Secondary marine details such as shells and small shrimp complete the décor with sophisticated, typically mid-century taste. Ideal both for elegant use and as an important decorative element for seaside homes, yachts, seafood restaurants, or collections dedicated to vintage European tableware. Composition: * 6 flat plates * 1 large oval serving platter Conditions: Excellent overall condition. Normal and slight signs of wear consistent with age and use. Silvering still very beautiful and decorative. An extremely dramatic service that is increasingly difficult to find complete, capable of evoking in elegance and decorative arrangement some famous Ginori, Limoges, and high-end Bavarian manufactories of the 20th century.
