Lot Description Description: Up for auction is one of the most iconic, sought-after, and elusive vintage cards from the classic Pokémon era produced by Wizards of the Coast (WotC): Rocket's Mewtwo (14/132) in holographic (Holo) version. This extraordinary card comes from the historic Gym Challenge set, released in 2000, which celebrated the Gym Leaders' decks and the franchise's iconic villains. The artwork, masterfully crafted by the renowned illustrator Shin-ichi Yoshida, depicts the mighty Mewtwo under Team Rocket's control in a menacing and dynamic pose. The background is adorned with the unmistakable classic galaxy holofoil ('cosmos foil') of the WotC era, making this piece an indispensable staple for any high-end vintage collection. Condition: The card is presented in PLAYED, NOT RESTORED condition. Note the strictness and clarity of our images and our valuations based on images from other platforms ;).
