Todas las subastas / Relojes de pared & de pulsera / Piaget 12427 A 4 sehr seltene TV Screen Clous De Paris Lapislazuli
An admirable and ravishing Piaget Dress Watch ‘TV Screen’ Clous De Paris ‘Hobnail’ | reference number 12427 A 4 | in white gold | beautiful lapis lazuli dial | Piaget automatic calibre 12P with micro-rotor | held the record as the thinnest automatic movement at 2.3 mm | Maison Piaget is still known today for one thing in particular: dials made from special stones | from the 1970s to the 1990s, nobody could hold a candle to Piaget when it came to onyx, jade, mother-of-pearl or lapis lazuli dials | beauty and uniqueness of a stone dial is also evident in this watch | every time you look at it from a different angle, you discover new structures in the lapis | very fine hairline crack on the left-hand side of the dial, which is barely visible to the naked eye | at the right-hand side of the dial, you can see fine gold dust, which is completely normal for a lapis lazuli stone | design of the watch is marvellous and crafted with the quality we expect from Piaget in the 1970s | bezel, case sides, top and sides of the bracelet are crafted in the typical Clous de Paris pattern | original Piaget bracelet in the same style as the case, also in 18k white gold and with the original jewellery clasp, also in 18k white gold | raised gold hallmarks on the case back, the watch has been carefully and minimally polished once or twice at most | very good condition, with slight signs of wear, but without any major impacts or defects | a service was carried out by our master watchmaker in June 2025, of course without refurbishing the case or bracelet | dimensions 30 × 32 mm (without crown) | total weight approx. 87.5 grams | bracelet total length approx. 18 cm and can of course be shortened by a good goldsmith if necessary | absolute masterpiece by Piaget from the 1970s | all the components of the watch fit together harmoniously and give it an impressive, timeless look.
