Peugeot 404 - Spirou Atlas Vehicles - Lot 207

Peugeot 404 - Spirou Atlas Vehicles This 10-cm collectible replica depicts the Peugeot 404, an icon of French automotive design from the 1960s, as it appears in the Spirou adventures. Released in March 2007 by Éditions Atlas under catalog number 2674306, this die-cast metal model accurately captures the sleek lines designed by Pininfarina. Although the base bears a reference to the album “Spirou and the Small Formats,” the vehicle is associated with the album “Spirou and the Bubble Men.” The miniature features a meticulous polychrome finish, faithful to Franquin’s technical realism. The item comes with a certificate of authenticity in the form of a three-panel fold-out leaflet, as well as an exclusive collector’s pin featuring the Mayor of Champignac. A fine piece that embodies the classic elegance and eventful daily life of the small village of Champignac.
