Perfume bottle in cut crystal and gold-mounted – 19th century Made in finely cut transparent crystal, it features a slender body with facets and geometric motifs, offering beautiful play of light. The bottle is enhanced with a gold mount, delicately chased and engraved with decorative motifs, with twisted borders. Its hinged cap, adorned with a radiating frieze, is topped by a small decorative element in the shape of a cup. It retains its removable inner glass stopper, with a gold mount • Era: 19th century (circa 1850-1880, Second Empire style) • Materials: cut crystal, gold mount and stopper • Bottle dimensions: 9 cm x 2.5 cm Very good overall condition given the age.
