Todas las subastas / Arte contemporáneo / Oscar Bruno - “ Marea de Luz N1 “
Title: Marea de Luz N1 Technique: Mixed media and textured materials on cotton canvas Dimensions: 92 × 73 cm Presentation: Rolled canvas Marea de Luz N1 explores the meeting between darkness, movement and reflected light. A deep black field dominates the composition, interrupted by a luminous metallic horizon whose rich texture creates the sensation of a wave or tide emerging from the shadows. The lower area is built through sweeping, circular gestures that suggest movement and energy, while the metallic surface captures and reflects the surrounding light. Throughout the day, changes in natural and artificial lighting can reveal different tones, textures and nuances within the work, giving it a constantly changing presence. The artwork is presented rolled. I recommend that it be opened and mounted on its final stretcher by the artisan who will install it, allowing the canvas to be handled and tensioned correctly. The golden areas become significantly brighter and more intense when illuminated by direct light, revealing metallic reflections and nuances that are more subtle under softer or indirect lighting. As the light changes throughout the day, the artwork reveals different tones, textures and depths. An original contemporary artwork, signed by the artist. ⸻ SPANISH Title: Marea de Luz N1 Technique: Mixed media and texturized materials on cotton canvas Dimensions: 92 × 73 cm Presentation: Rolled canvas Marea de Luz N1 explores the meeting between darkness, movement and reflected light.
